We specialize in the regulatory environment of Switzerland and have experience in repatriating foreign funds to Switzerland.

Thanks to our independence, we maintain an open architecture and leave the choice of service providers (custodian bank, broker, etc.) to our clients.

Portfolio Accounting and Investment Controlling

PvB maintains the official financial and portfolio accounts or performs shadow accounting. We perform investment controlling and monitor compliance with (hard and soft) investment guidelines and/or restrictions.
Risk Management and Compliance

FINMA regulated asset managers of collective investment schemes may delegate the risk (corporate- and product-level) and compliance function to PVB. This enables the asset manager to focus on his core competencies: research, portfolio management and asset raising/client service.
Investment Administration and Mid-Office

PvB takes care of the operational implementation of investment decisions, in particular for private market investment programs: monitoring and servicing of capital calls, subscription formalities, commitment -accounting and -monitoring, fee calculations, etc.
Business Management and Governance

PvB is responsible for the executive and operational management of corporate fund structures (Swiss Limited Partnership, SICAV) or investment foundations and proactively coordinates the fund network with all involved and delegated parties, including their supervision.

Legal Representation of

foreign Funds

PvB acts as legal representative for foreign funds with or without FINMA authorization. PvB also coordinates the contractual appointment of a paying agent and the association to an ombudsman on behalf of the fund sponsor.
Platform for Portfolio Managers

PvB has established processes in the areas of compliance, risk management, administration and mid-office. These processes can also be used by portfolio managers who do not wish to establish their own FINMA regulated company for the management of collective investment schemes. PvB employs these portfolio managers in a dedicated profit center and enables them to manage the assets for institutional clients or for funds in a FINMA regulated environment.
